Job Title: Water Quality Sales Representative

We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Water Quality Sales Representative to help grow our reach and deliver clean water solutions across our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home water testing and consultations
• Educate homeowners on water quality issues and recommend tailored treatment solutions (e.g., softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis)
• Present, quote, and close equipment sales with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Follow up on leads provided by the office, marketing efforts, or self-generated referrals
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Coordinate with service and installation teams for seamless customer experience
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth goals
• Represent the company professionally in homes, events, and community engagements

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (in-home sales, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic technical aptitude for understanding water testing and treatment solutions
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
