Responsibilities-
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Provide accurate information and assist with customer inquiries
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Document interactions and update customer records
- Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
- Follow company policies, procedures, and performance standards
Requirements-
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working rotating weekend shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Must be able to work on‑site each day
