Responsibilities: 

• Strategically assign calls based on the key priority matrix: Call history, dispatch boards, Tech ability, age of equipment, warranty, and routing
• Communicates with customers to schedule appointments, provide service updates and resolve issues
• Check-in calls with the service technicians to assist technicians with close-out and dispatch to next call
• Research and assign calls
• Responsible for maintaining dispatch board with support from the Customer Service Department
• Participate in training as necessary
• Other duties as necessary

Qualifications: 

• At least two (2) years of HVAC Dispatch Experience, preferred
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceTitan), preferred
• Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer Skills
• Must be able to work daily 8:30-5:00pm
• Must be able to work at our Tualatin office 

Pay:

• $15-$20/hour DOE
